Our Insolvency firm works with the sole objective of arriving at time bound insolvency resolutions for corporate debtors in order to maximise their value for balancing the interest of all the stakeholders under IBC.
Our team has members who are registered as insolvency professionals under the Code and provide legal advice and services for all aspects of the insolvency law. We shall play a vital role in providing appropriate support for Corporate as well as Individual insolvency and bankruptcy procedures and provide sustenance for creditors / debtors during troubled debt recovery in various areas of business.

- Advisory on Insolvency and Bankruptcy to Debtors, Creditors and other Insolvency Professionals;
- Services to Financials Creditors, Operational Creditors and others to act as IRP for initiating and implementing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as specified under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
- Co-ordination with the Information Utilities as and when required and with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
- Assistance in extension of period of Corporate Insolvency Process beyond 180 days;
- Verification of claims of creditors, custody and control of the assets, preserve and protect assets of the company, carry out benefit liquidation for the benefit of all the stakeholder
- Assisting in Fast Track Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process;
- Appearance before the Tribunal – Adjudicating Authority.
