Audits that stand up to regulators, lenders and investors
An audit is only useful if people trust it. We plan each engagement around your risks, apply the auditing standards with judgement, and give management clear findings it can act on, not just a signed report.

Audit FAQs
When does a company need a statutory audit?
Every company registered in India must have its accounts audited every year, whatever its size or turnover.
What is the difference between a statutory audit and an internal audit?
A statutory audit gives an opinion on your financial statements to shareholders and regulators. An internal audit reviews processes and controls for management, so problems are fixed during the year.
Can you audit businesses outside Delhi?
Yes. We work with clients across India and have offices in Delhi, Sopore (J&K) and Kotdwara (Uttarakhand).
